Adults
With my experience working at one of the largest healthcare providers in Southern California, I have been able to help people with a variety of different problems. Through my training and experience I am able to provide you a space to pause, reflect, and work through the deeper challenges that can get in the way of feeling grounded, fulfilled, or connected. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, severe mental health issues, or major life transitions, our sessions can give you a place to sort through it all with support and clarity.
Our sessions can help you understand patterns that keep showing up, process past experiences, manage strong emotions, set boundaries, and build healthier relationships — with others and with yourself. Therapy can also support you in navigating big decisions, improving communication, or rediscovering your sense of purpose.
Teens
As a therapist who’s spent years working in residential treatment with teens, you’re getting someone who’s stood shoulder-to-shoulder with young people through some of their hardest moments.
Residential work means being there for the real stuff, the anger, the shutdowns, the breakthroughs, the slow rebuilding of trust. It’s intense, it’s raw, and it demands a level of skill, patience, and heart that few settings can teach.
My experience working with teens has helped me spot what’s really going on beneath the surface — whether it’s trauma, depression, anxiety, family struggles, or just the deep exhaustion of feeling misunderstood. I am able to truly connect, challenge when needed, and create a path forward that feels possible.
If you’re looking for someone who doesn’t get rattled, who knows how to stay steady in the storm, and who believes in the strength teens already have, I can be a great fit to help.
Children
Through working as a therapist with kids and parents, I am able to provide parents support and teach children ways to manage their emotions through online play therapy, art therapy, and different tools with the convenience of video visits. I also have experience working with families as a whole and navigating difficulty issues Parenting can be tough — and when your child is struggling, it can feel even tougher. Children can build trust, learn coping skills, and work through challenges like anxiety, behavior issues, emotional regulation, and more — all from the comfort of home.
Parents are part of the process too. You’ll get tools, coaching, and real-time strategies to better support your child’s growth and emotional health. Therapy is flexible, interactive, and designed to meet families where they are — making it easier than ever to get the help you need, when you need it most.
