My approach for Couples therapy

In couples therapy my focus is to understand each person without judgement or blame. In couples counseling the goals is to talk through the root of what’s going on, better understand one another, and find ways to work together instead of constant arguments. If you feel that you and your partner are constantly on edge, argue regularly and don’t resolve issues, or have not felt connected in years then couples therapy might be a good place to address issues in the relationship and learn skills to better work through disagreements and reconnect.
